This role supports the delivery of compensation analytics and reporting across multiple regions , providing timely, accurate insights that inform decision-making in a global business environment. The position combines strong analytical work with clear, stakeholder-focused reporting to support HR and business leaders. The successful candidate will be data-driven and confident translating complex compensation data into clear, actionable insights for a range of stakeholders. This opportunity is well suited to someone building their expertise in compensation analytics, who can independently manage defined workstreams while collaborating effectively within a global, matrixed team based in Kraków. Global compensation analytics & insights: Support the delivery of compensation analytics across regions (e.g. pay structures, pay equity, benchmarking, reward cycles). Analyse large, multi-country datasets to identify trends, outliers, and potential risks related to internal equity, market competitiveness, and cost impact.
