Summary: Establishes and maintains existing and new accounts. Responds to customer enquiries and concerns. Analyzes customer operations and practices to provide sound technical advice. Maintains full knowledge of industry and competitive activity. May work in conjunction with field operations staff. Is responsible for a mix of small and large accounts. In addition to regional travel requirements, this position will require occasional international travel including but not limited to the United States. Handles special projects, as assigned. Job Duties/Responsibilities: - Facilitates information between the client and FET, effectively communicating across all FET business departments ensuring clear understanding of the client’s plans, strategies and activities related to Drilling Handling Tools/Capital Equipment/Mud Pump Consumables product categories. - Fosters executive to upper-level relationships with the strategic client for purposes of business expansion, issue resolution, knowledge sharing, strategic initiatives, and product development. - Develop and execute strategies for increasing the sales of FET Drilling and Handling Tools/Capital Equipment/Mud Pump Consumables product c...
