Senior Paralegal - Manning - Compliance and Innovation

Salary: $30.50 - $48.72 per hour, depending on qualifications Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm The Senior Paralegal is responsible for assisting El Rio Health General Counsel as directed, including assistance with legal review of all material contracts and other legally binding documents (“Contracts”) to ensure Contracts adhere to El Rio Health compliance and organizational guidelines, standards, and practices. The Senior Paralegal collaborates with the El Rio Health General Counsel to review, revise, negotiate, finalize, and document all assigned Contracts to make sure they minimize risk to El Rio Health and meet legal, regulatory, compliance, financial and/or operational needs of the organization. The Senior Paralegal may communicate directly with El Rio Health leaders to review and revise Contract and other legal documents. The Senior Paralegal works with the Document Compliance Coordinator or similar to ensure Contracts are properly managed within the Contract Management software system.
