Overview Waters Corporation is currently leading a search for a Weekend Maintenance Mechanic (12.5 hrs a day Fri-Sun) to join our organization. This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience with a wide variety of equipment and utility systems. Responsibilities: This position requires a self-starter who is able to work independently with a wide variety of equipment in an ISO 9000 environment. In this role, the individual will troubleshoot, repair, calibrate and perform preventive maintenance (PM) tasks in a highly automated chemical manufacturing environment. The equipment the candidate will be working on will include: - Reactors, Filters and drying ovens. - Chillers, air compressors, boilers and pumps - HVAC units, cooling towers and heat exchangers Qualifications: Experience: Skills : - High School diploma - minimum - Technical trade School trade degree is a plus - Minimum of 3 years previous experience in repair and maintenance required - Basic pipe fitting experience - Strong mechanical aptitude - Basic computer skills - Ability to comprehend and follow written procedures and documentation - Ability to learn new processes - Excellent communication skills Company Description...
