Job Summary: The Manager, National Tax Learning will apply tax knowledge and experience to increase the effectiveness and maximize the efficiencies of firm resources dedicated to national tax learning. The individual in this role will collaborate closely with National Tax Learning (NTL) and Tax leadership to support continuous learning by assisting with the design, development, and implementation of tax curriculum through various delivery methods. Job Duties: - Conducts needs assessments, evaluates, and identifies gaps in curriculum, and supports design efforts for continuous learning - Leads, supports, and fosters the development of a continuous learning culture for all tax professionals - Manages client relationships and works with tax leadership to support learning needs - Assists with organizing national virtual trainings - Liaises with tax practice representatives to understand learning needs, disseminate NTL communications, design and develop tax training content, and discuss feedback on tax learning resources - Collaborates with Learning & Development (L&D), as well as National Assurance, Advisory, National Tax Office (NTO), Digital Transformation & Innovation (DT&I), Tax Pr...
