Summary: The dedicated consultant is primarily responsible for supporting participants in improving their emotional well-being through individual consultation and skill building/problem resolution sessions, as well as occasional structured group sessions and disruptive event management. This is a contracted position, 16 hours per month, on-site. The consultant will provide confidential, individual in-the-moment support and skill building/problem-solving sessions to support the emotional, mental, career, and social well-being of participants. The consultant will work collaboratively with participants to explore emotional and psychosocial concerns, provide recommendations and deliver short-term supportive interventions.
