Director of Outpatient Services - Addiction Recovery | Anabranch Recovery Center | Terre Haute, Indiana About the Job: PURPOSE STATEMENT: The Director of the Outpatient Services provides the leadership and strategic planning of the outpatient programs offered at the facility including the direction, management and supervision of day-to-day operations of the clinical programming and the clinical staff for the partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient program, ensuring programs meet the client needs, the facility's performance goals and objectives, and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include outpatient program development, family programing, oversight of the outpatient therapists, integrative therapies and client engagement. Roles and Responsibilities: What We’re Looking For - Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Nursing, or related field - Active clinical license in the state (e.g., LCSW, LMHC, etc.) - 4+ years of clinical experience working with relevant patient populations - 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in a clinical setting - Strong knowledge of clinical best practices, compliance, and regulatory standards - Excellent leadershi...
