Job Title: Shipping/Receiving I Responsible for assisting with the maintenance of facility supplies and raw materials. Performs Receiving department operations and distribution of supplies to plant employees. Roles and Responsibilities: a. Assembles required materials to be used in packing items for replacement or repair; including building crates as required b. Accurately generates packing slips, Bills of Lading, Shipper’s letter of Instruction or other required documentation used in shipping items to suppliers for replacement or repair c. Processes materials and supplies according to written procedure while following all EHS guidelines d. Handles outgoing hazardous material shipments according to regulations when required e. Interviews and negotiates with freight forwarders to obtain best service and pricing when required a.
