Responsibilities: Qualifications: - Develops, implements, and inspects SOPs across facilities, HACCP lines, and food assembly areas. - Oversees HACCP program documentation, audits, and non-compliance investigations. - Conducts regular quality control assessments and trend analyses; maintains logs of findings, complaints, and corrective actions. - Leads GMP, foreign object, hygiene, and HACCP audits and reports findings to operations with recommended corrective actions. - Investigates microbiological testing results and ensures timely corrective measures....
