Manage projects on time, on specifications and on budget Has the authority to make decisions and manage the allocated resources, within given frame and budget Stakeholder management and communication: Report to steering committee (internal and external) Key activities: Project Quotation: Involvement in project quotation to support Bid Engineering with the risk analysis and cost and lead-time estimation Project Initiation: Secure project registration & documentation: Review contract: Secure Handover from Sales (through a Handover meeting called by Sales) Project Planning: Facilitate contract review by Project Team Facilitate Internal Project Kick Off Meeting Technical Review: Facilitate internal technical review (if required) Technical clarifications with Sales / customer (based on input from the Project Team) Project Planning: Log initial risks and opportunities incl. mitigation / exploitation actions Issue / updating the project schedule & activity plan (based on input from the Project Team) Check budget: Send order acknowledgement (if not already done by Sales) Project Execution: Call and facilitate project kick off meeting with customer, if the meeting is not called or facilitat...
