Job DetailsJob Location: Adelante Healthcare Center Support Office - Phoenix, AZ 85012Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: HS Diploma from accredited schoolJob Category: Health CarePOSITION SUMMARY The Facilities Technician is primarily responsible to assist the Facilities Manager in the day to day activities of managing all Adelante Healthcare facilities, fleet maintenance, services and support. This role includes working with contractors/suppliers including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, janitorial, pest control, roofing suppliers, housekeeping, safety (to include building and emergency preparations), and physical security. This position requires effective interaction with vendors, city officials, and internal customers. Additional responsibilities include assisting in the management of non-supplies/equipment related inventory and asset lifecycle management for all facilities.
