A brief overview The Scientist / Sr. Scientist within the Peptide Competence Center (PCC) leads peptide process development and life cycle management for Bachem Americas while strengthening expertise in manufacturing, NCE development, and collaboration with global Bachem sites. This role supports customer-driven projects, drives innovation in peptide synthesis and purification, and implements technologies to enhance GMP manufacturing efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Responsibilities also include optimizing automated development equipment and sharing advanced peptide chemistry knowledge with production and development teams.
