Part-Time Chef (34 hrs/week) – Busy Bees at Kilburn Location: 323 Churchill Road, Kilburn, SA 5084 Licensed Capacity: 100 places Hourly Rate: $32.34 At Busy Bees at Kilburn , we’re passionate about creating a nurturing and healthy environment where children thrive. We’re looking for an experienced Part-Time Chef/Cook to join our kitchen team and provide delicious, nutritious meals for our children, working 34 hours per week across Monday to Friday. Hours from 06:30am to 1:30 pm About the Role: As our Centre Chef, you will: Plan, prepare, and serve fresh meals and snacks for children aged 0–5 Develop rotating menus that meet dietary, allergy, and cultural needs Ensure a clean, safe, and compliant kitchen environment at all times Manage inventory, food ordering, and kitchen documentation Work closely with the Centre Director and Educators to support overall wellbeing What You’ll Need: To be successful in this role, you’ll need: Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent Experience working in a childcare environment (mandatory) A current and valid Working With Children Check or ability to obtain one Valid Food Safety Supervisor Certificate: First Aid and CPR certification (pr...
