Department: 02408 GCMG Ortho COSA: Rock Hill - Surgery: Orthopedics Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Monda - Friday 8am - 5pm Pay Range: $41.10 - $61.65 Where You Will Work: Atrium Health Musculoskeletal Institute Orthopedics & Sports Medicine is looking for a Nurse Navigator to support our total joints program. The position will require traveling between our Pineville, Rock Hill, and Fort Mill locations. The Nurse Navigator will be responsible for optimizing surgical patients as they prepare for total joints surgery. This position will work closely with our two total joint surgeons and their clinical support teams. Our total joint surgeons; Drs. Weiss and Duffin have been recognized by Castle Connolly as “Top Doctors”. We’re Looking For: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Navigator to join our team full-time.
