About The Role: Innovative Defense Technologies (IDT), provider of cutting-edge cloud-based integration, rapid prototype and full life cycle SW development for complex, mission-critical systems in the US Department of Defense (DOD), is seeking a Deployment Engineer to be part of our Advanced Capabilities team and based out of our Arlington, VA location. We are seeking a Deployment Engineer to support DoD programs by deploying and maintaining secure virtualized infrastructure and enterprise applications. This role focuses on VMware-based environments, Linux system administration, and automated configuration using Ansible and Chef. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing Linux-based systems, deploying applications into virtualized environments, and operating within DoD security and compliance frameworks. Clearance & Location Requirements: - All applicants must currently possess an active Secret U.S. Security Clearance. - This is an on-site position.
