Quality Assurance Specialist Department: Accounting: Location: Hybrid (In office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) Wage: $15.75: Position Overview: The Quality Assurance Specialist ensures that field operations are accurately translated into our business systems. This role bridges the gap between field technicians and back-office financials by manually validating Work Orders, updating asset databases (NetSuite and Yoda), and triggering accurate billing. As Specialists advance through the tiers, they handle increasingly complex technical data, moving from high-volume logistics to complex construction projects. Core Responsibilities (Key Principles): 1. Data & Field Validation Read and interpret Work Orders and technician field notes. Verify that the physical work performed (shipping, repairs, or new construction) perfectly matches the documented project scope and requirements. 2. Database Management (System Integrity) Perform manual data entry to cross-reference and update back-office systems (NetSuite and Yoda/SQL).
