Starting Pay: $12.14 The Food Server creates an exceptional dining experience by providing warm, attentive, and efficient service to every guest. This role ensures accurate order delivery, maintains strong menu knowledge, and supports smooth restaurant operations while upholding company standards for hospitality, professionalism, and guest satisfaction. Provide warm, genuine, and attentive service to every guest from greeting through departure. Maintain full knowledge of menu items, specials, preparation methods, and any product shortages. Guide guests through the dining experience by presenting menus, suggesting items, assisting with drink selections, and answering questions. Communicate guest preferences, allergies, and special requests clearly to kitchen and bar teams. Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring accuracy, proper presentation, and guest satisfaction. Monitor tables throughout service, replenishing beverages, removing courses, and anticipating guest needs.
