As a Key Account Manager, your role is to successfully manage a portfolio of large state-based employers and national personal injury accounts that EML have secured in more than one managed fund state or self-insurance scheme. The role will provide oversight and responsibility to all aspects of the employer relationship, proactively responding to employer needs and requirements, supporting the resolution of complaints or issues in a timely manner and coordinating training and technical support.
