Job Description: YOUR MISSION: Optimize conversion rate, average order value (AOV), and assortment breadth to ensure a seamless and engaging shopping experience for users. Own the assortment onboarding process by providing partners with clear templates and detailed guidance on their usage. Review and refine new partners' assortment files before bringing them live, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Create and maintain the category tree, ensuring proper classification and seamless functionality across all stores. Conduct assortment gap analysis and competitor benchmarking, including tracking no-result searches and analyzing competitor offerings. Use SQL and BI tools (e.g. Looker) to analyze performance, build reports, and support data-driven decisions across assortment and conversion topics. Ensure high-p...
