Marine Concepts is looking for a versatile, high-energy operator to serve as the CEO’s strategic right hand; someone who can drive M&A, step into operational leadership of a business unit, and tackle whatever hard problem matters most on any given day. This is a role for a builder, not a bystander. Based near the Lake of the Ozarks in Missouri with a growing presence in Charlotte, NC, the company designs, manufactures, and installs precision-fit boat protection systems.
