You know how to spot the right person, sell them on the TSH vision, and make joining feel like the obvious next step. Commercial instinct meets community sense. This isn't cold calling your way through a list. People come to us through word-of-mouth, events, referrals - warm leads with real interest. Your job is to convert that interest, manage the full journey from first enquiry to signed contract, and make sure the members you bring in actually stay and are actively party of the community. A big part of this role is keeping an eye on the mix. Our community is at its best when it's diverse - different industries, backgrounds, and interests all under one roof. You stay close to how the community is evolving and occasionally nudge things in the right direction, making sure no single type of member dominates and that new people genuinely add to what's already there.
