Associate: Equity Research - Aerospace and Defense Electronics

Job Description: The Aerospace and Defense team currently covers 47-listed companies across subsectors and adjacencies within the aerospace and defense sector including the commercial aircraft OEMs, defense prime contractors, the supply chain, defense services, “new” space, future air mobility plus several others. In addition to coverage of publicly traded companies, the team regularly vets a number of private companies for potential IPOs. The candidate for the position should be intellectually curious and have a deep desire to learn and have an interest in Aerospace and Defense and the inner workings of US national security. Given the team’s large and growing coverage and fast-paced nature of the aerospace and geopolitical/national security information cycle, the candidate should also have some experience with financial modeling and quantitative analysis, as well as strong verbal communication and writing skills. The ideal candidate possesses experience in aerospace/defense/industrial research.
