Enersense Engineering is currently seeking experienced MEP Directors to support our clients’ data centre projects across several locations in Finland. This is a permanent, regional role covering multiple concurrent projects. The position is available to start as soon as possible. You will lead the MEP delivery across multiple data centre projects within your region, ensuring safe, high-quality, and efficient execution from design through to commissioning. You will coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, ensuring full integration with CSA works and alignment with project requirements. You will lead and oversee technical teams, contractors, and stakeholders, providing clear leadership and oversight to ensure successful project delivery and commissioning readiness.
