App Dev & Support Supervisor - ( 2600003W ) Description The ANF IT DCAMM Support Team is seeking a skilled, versatile and hands-on IT Lead who will oversee the planning, implementation and maintenance of various technology systems within DCAMM. This role balances strategic planning with practical technical responsibilities. The IT Lead is an integral part of the team as the Lead will provide guidance and support to the IT team, assist with troubleshooting issues, develop solutions, and implement best practices across hardware, software, and network infrastructures ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient IT operations. The IT Lead will also foster productive relationships with stakeholders such as a.) Business Units within DCAMM to ensures technology initiatives align with organizational goal, b.) EOTSS, to ensure systems reliability and operational security c.) SaaS Solution Providers, by managing vendor performance, coordinating integrations, and ensuring solutions align with business and technical requirements as well as d.)
