Profile: Corresponding to a key figure within this philosophy, the Senior Sales Associate assumes the responsibility to personally represent it in front of our customers and is concurrently responsible for presenting the philosophy in relation to the profound work which occurs from Solomeo all the way to the boutique. The quality that we would like to offer resides, first of all, in the daily attention to personal ap-pearance within the store, with a style that meets the standards of casual elegance of signature luxury of the brand. Furthermore, appearance signifies a polite, helpful disposition and being attentive to both customers and to colleagues: group work is carried out within the boutique which, under the coordination of the Store Manager, follows all of the necessary activities to provide customers with an experience of excellence. The elements needed to keep up-to-date with product knowledge, aesthetics and philosophy are provided each season, in order to allow the Sales Associate to competently follow and guide the customer through the collection, to trying on and the selection.
