At our renowned Riverina Cancer Care Centre in Wagga Wagga, we are seeking a dedicated full-time Oncology Pharmacist to join our team and support the delivery of high-quality cancer care to the local community. Reporting to the Head of Pharmacy, the successful candidate will be appointed as a Grade 1 or Grade 2 Oncology Pharmacist, depending on experience. The role is full-time, working Monday to Friday with rotating shifts of 7:30am to 4:30pm and 8:00am to 5:00pm, with one RDO per fortnight. What is involved: In this role you will: - Clinically review patients and their Oncology treatment protocols - Dispense cytotoxic and non-cytotoxic medications in accordance with PBS regulations - Complete medication reconciliation processes - Provide medication education and counselling to patients and their families - Support coordination of clinical trials and compassionate access programs - Participate in clinical research activities and oncology antimicrobial stewardship (AMS) programs - Attend Site Selection Visits (SSVs) and Site Initiation Visits (SIVs) - Review and adhere to clinical trial protocols relating to investigational...
