Why you'll love this job: The 401(k) Programs Analyst will report to the Senior Manager, 401(k) Programs and work closely in the design, administration, communication, compliance, and reporting of the company’s U.S. and international DC retirement plans and policies. This role will actively interface with Payroll, Legal, People Business Partners, union representatives, consultants, and vendors. This position will also play a key part in the plans’ compliance from an administration and documentation perspective.
