SUMMARY: Facilitates the highest quality of EMS care and protection for our customers and employees. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Assures compliance with State, regional and local laws and policies of EMS department. Checking BLS and ALS Equipment prior to each event, assist in inventory and maintenance of all supplies and equipment assigned to the EMS Department. Responds to medical emergencies in and around the MVP arena. Files reports and documents as required in compliance with NYS DOH Regulations. Works closely with all employees in the EMS department and fulfills all other duties as assigned. Self-starter and able to manage a sick patient alone. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervises all employees assigned to the EMS Department when assigned as supervisor of events in the absence of the EMS Director. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with ASM's policies and applicable laws.
