Description The Department of Mathematics and Technology at Flagler College is seeking a part-time instructor to teach undergraduate courses in the Computer Information Systems (CIS) program. This position will be required to teach in person at the St. Augustine location. Responsibilities include: - Delivering in-person instruction and demonstrations - Supporting hands-on programming labs and projects - Managing course materials and grading through Canvas - Holding limited office hours to support student learning - Maintaining high standards of academic integrity and engagement Required: Preferred: - Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related field. - Experience with object-oriented programming (C#, ASP.NET Core, and Visual Studio) and data science (Python and Excel). - Ability to teach programming and web development. - Excellent written and oral communication skills. - Ability to work cooperatively with all constituents. - Ph.D. and industry experience in software or web application development. - Experience teaching at the undergraduate level. - Familiarity with SQL Server, Entity Framework, Razor Pages, and MVC framework...
