Product Developer Payroll | 10446 | Permanent Contract | 37 hours per week | £43,822 to £48,227 per annum (Scale K) | County Hall / Hybrid We are looking for an experienced UK based Payroll Functional Product Developer to join Norfolk County Council, focusing on the maintenance of and development of the Oracle Payroll system. Working with the direction of the Payroll Product Owner, within the current development team and 3rd party support developers, you will work from a stakeholder approved payroll backlog to design, develop, test and implement new features, ensuring that user needs are met, and the impacts of changes are appropriately assessed. Norfolk County Council has a broad self-service implementation following the "adopt not adapt" principle supporting up to 24K employees with multiple legal entities and payrolls that also encompasses Oracle ERP and EPM cloud applications. We have a support arrangement with a 3rd party company for items that we need to escalate or seek second opinions on.
