Overview: This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the first party auto claims department. Ensure the timely, accurate, and fair resolution of claims filed by company branches for damage to their own vehicles (collision, comprehensive). Focuses on maintaining high customer satisfaction, controlling indemnity spend, and managing a team of adjusters.
