Overview Overview: Position: Outpatient Neuro Physical Therapist at Northside Gwinnett in Lawrenceville Location: Lawrenceville, Georgia Experience: Experienced Physical Therapists and New Graduates Welcome to Apply Employment Type: Full-Time Innovative Therapy Concepts (ITC) is a Physical Therapist owned and operated Therapy management organization that was founded by Joe Sapp, PT in 2006. We began our partnership with Northside Gwinnett in 2013 to provide therapy services throughout the Northside Gwinnett system. ITC is searching for a Physical Therapist with a passion for providing excellent patient experiences after neurologic injury or impairment in the outpatient setting. This Physical therapist will provide neuro-specialized treatment to patients in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team comprised of Occupational and Speech Language Pathologists. Patient care is comprised of an individualized one-on-one treatment approach for patients with a focus on regaining functional independence and safe mobility after neurologic events such as stroke, hemorrhage or spinal cord injury.
