Company Description Job Description: WHAT YOU’LL DO ​: We are currently recruiting two Operations Managers—one responsible for Inbound, the other for Outbound operations. As a DC Operations Manager for either Inbound OR Outbound operations, as part of the core DC Management Team, you will play a key role in leading and optimising daily operations at our new Distribution Center (DC) in Cheb, Karlovy Vary Region, Czechia. You will ensure strong operational performance, full compliance, and continuous improvement, with a clear focus on people development, service excellence, efficiency, and cost control. Our state-of-the-art facility, spanning nearly 250,000 sqm and set to open in the second half of 2026, will be the largest and most highly automated DC in our global network with a total workforce of up to 2000 employees.
