Job description

JOB SUMMARY: Provides logistics improvement and continuous operational support by leveraging expertise in the purpose and functionality of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Ensures the correct and effective use of the WMS across operations. Leads the full WMS deployment at DMNC–Statesville and contributes to establishing a foundation for future automation initiatives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.Expand the scope of the WMS at DMNC‑Statesville. 2. Analysis of inventory variance factors and implementation of countermeasures 3. System planning and promotion utilizing WMS function 4. Visualization of inventory status and communication of over- and under-stocking information (logistics = > planner) 5. Work with WMS NA Support to maintain WMS COMMUNICATION REQUIRED: •Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally. •Ability to present problems and improvement ideas internally and externally. •Ability to negotiate with multiple internal and external parties regarding QCDSME for projects.
