Job DetailsJob Location: Grand Coulee - Grand Coulee, WA 99133Salary Range: $22.83 - $33.10 HourlyCoulee Medical Center is seeking a Health Information Analyst to join our Health Information Management (HIM) department, supporting the data integrity, compliance, and operational workflows of our Rural Health Clinic and Critical Access Hospital. Responsibilities: Collecting paperwork to assemble into charts form originating departments Alpha sort and assemble papers/documents into charts verifying accuracy and completeness of required documents Compile, manage, and process record requests within HIPAA guidelines, CMC policy, and department goals. This includes individual patients, other healthcare facilities, legal facilities and HIS Prepare and scan records into permanent electronic storage program Answer phones and assist patients or other departments with requests Tracks down missing orders and other pertinent documents to make sure accounts are complete and in compliance with regulatory standards.
