Job Description As an Experience Design Senior Associate in Digital Channels, you will play a pivotal role in shaping customer experiences through consistent application of design across our ecosystem. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will leverage your expertise in UX and systems design, and provide guidance and direction in the patterns and interaction model of our products and services. As a core contributor, you will create engaging, user-friendly interfaces that elegantly communicate complex concepts to a diverse audience. You will champion inclusive design and customer experience and contribute to the success of JPMorgan Chase's user experience design efforts. Job Responsibilities: - Create screen mock-ups, user flows and prototypes (as needed) to communicate and learn about your designs. - Create design documentation (wireframes, ADA and development specifications, prototypes) for the development of customer facing products. - Conduct data-driven analyses to inform design decisions and use data to transform raw information into valuable insights to inform decision-making. - Help define a design system and language and advocate its application across different p...
