Job Description As an Experience Design Senior Associate in Digital Channels, you will play a pivotal role in shaping customer experiences through consistent application of design across our ecosystem. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will leverage your expertise in UX and systems design, and provide guidance and direction in the patterns and interaction model of our products and services. As a core contributor, you will create engaging, user-friendly interfaces that elegantly communicate complex concepts to a diverse audience. You will champion inclusive design and customer experience and contribute to the success of JPMorgan Chase's user experience design efforts.
