Job Description: Primary QC Lab point of contact for Business Technology Solutions (BTS) for evaluation of digital lab improvement projects. Leads implementation of BTS software improvements impacting laboratory operations. Analyzes proposed workflow improvements in laboratory systems to understand and assess impact. Leads project teams within the laboratory to ensure readiness and delegate tasks for team members. Executes test cases and verification/validation of workflow requirements.
