Overview About the Role: The Resource Fulfillment Partner plays a critical role in ensuring the successful deployment of consulting talent across client engagements. This role acts as the central point of coordination between Delivery, Practice Leadership, Talent Acquisition, and Consultants—owning the end‑to‑end internal staffing lifecycle and helping optimize bench utilization, consultant readiness, and staffing speed. This is a highly collaborative, operational role suited for someone who thrives in fast‑paced consulting environments and enjoys balancing people, process, and data to drive strong delivery outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Resource & Staffing Management: - Own and manage open staffing requests for assigned practices, accounts, or regions. - Identify, validate, and recommend internal consultant options based on skills, availability, and project needs. - Coordinate consultant submissions, interviews, and feedback loops with Delivery Managers and Practice Leaders. - Track consultant roll‑off dates and proactively plan redeployment opportunities.
