Integration Management Office (IMO) Project Manager

Position Summary Ryan Specialty is seeking an Integration Project Manager to join the Integration Management Office (IMO). This person will serve as a project leader, creating value through the successful integration of other firms. This role reports directly to the Director of the IMO and will support cross-functional workstreams, manage integration budgets, drive project governance, and help execute structured, repeatable integration processes that support scalable growth. What will your job entail?: Integration Project Management: - Manage end‑to‑end integration projects across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with IMO playbooks, timelines, and success metrics. - Coordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, IT, Finance, HR, Legal, Procurement, and business leadership to ensure Day 1 readiness and ongoing execution. - Serve as a central point of coordination between workstreams, ensuring interdependencies are recognized and managed. - Maintain detailed, actionable project plans, schedules, budgets, RAID logs, and dashboards using project management tools, including Smartsheet. - Track status, identify issues/risks, escalate concerns, and support mitigation plannin...
