Sierra Drive Campus 1040 Sierra Dr Greenwood, Indiana 46143 The Telehealth Technician prepares telehealth units for installation and de-installation in client's homes. This position, also, provides education in the use of equipment and troubleshoots the units, as required. This position may require weekends and some holidays. Cleans telehealth units, checks units to ensure they contain all components and prepares units for assignment. Educates patients and caregivers in-person and by phone on the use of telehealth units. Installs telehealth units in the client's home. Provides troubleshooting and maintenance for telehealth units, contacting vendor as required. Ensures proper documentation of delivered equipment.
