Job Overview The Senior Associate Design Engineer is responsible for the development of new products and the enhancement of existing products, including high-voltage bushings. This role involves close collaboration with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional internal teams, such as marketing, engineering, and operations, to ensure that the company’s key performance metrics are achieved. The successful candidate will create and maintain detailed 3D models and engineering drawings, as well as develop and analyze Finite Element Analysis (FEA) models to support product design, validation, and optimization efforts.
