Job Description Registered Veterinary Technologist (RVT) – Full-Time (32-44hrs/week) Sherwood Veterinary Clinic | Sherwood Park, AB Evenings & Weekends Required Looking for an RVT role where your skills are truly trusted and fully utilized? Sherwood Veterinary Clinic is hiring a fully Registered Veterinary Technologist (RVT) to join our busy, supportive team. This position requires a confident, independent RVT who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment— at times as the only RVT on shift . Schedule (Must Be Available): - Weekdays: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Tuesday–Friday primarily) - Fridays: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (as needed) - Mondays: 2:00 PM – 8:00PM (as needed) - Weekends: Saturday & Sunday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (rotation / as needed) - Core expectation: weekday availability 2:00–8:00 PM minimum - Weekend shifts are required What You’ll Do: - Work alongside our skilled team in a busy clinical setting - At times, function as the sole RVT on shift - Assist with treatments, surgery, and anesthesia, patient and client care - Perform radiography, lab diagnostics, and patient nursing care - Support hospitalized patients and maintain clinic flow - Communicate clearly with clients and supp...
