Pavement Maintenance Technician (or Lead Technician – Based on Experience) Appell Striping is looking for a dependable, experienced Pavement Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you’ll help deliver high-quality asphalt repairs, sealcoating, and line striping for commercial properties. Appell Striping operates in partnership with Jan-Pro, a nationally recognized commercial cleaning brand. This relationship allows us to support a wide range of commercial clients while continuing to grow our pavement maintenance services. What You’ll Do: - Perform crack filling, asphalt patching, and minor pavement repairs - Operate sealcoating equipment and apply sealant to paved surfaces - Set up and operate striping machines to apply pavement markings - Read and interpret site plans and blueprints to ensure accurate layout and striping - Prepare job sites by cleaning and prepping surfaces - Follow project layouts, specifications, and safety guidelines - Load, transport, and maintain tools, materials, and equipment - Complete jobs efficien...
