Job Overview: The Senior, Sourcing Strategy supports the centralized sourcing efforts for Macy’s Private Brands within the Strategic Sourcing team. In collaboration with the merchandising organization, Private Brands, and business stakeholders, the Senior, Sourcing Strategy identifies sourcing initiatives—such as lead times, costing, and processes—that drive profitability and sales growth for Macy’s Private Brands. Key responsibilities include defining multi-year and annual sourcing strategies, establishing a global vendor strategy, and leveraging knowledge of core market strengths, vendors, and the competitive landscape.
