The HR Services Administrator provides first-level support to employees by responding to HR-related inquiries and delivering efficient, accurate basic transactional processing. The role ensures a positive employee experience by addressing routine HR questions, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining the integrity of HR data and processes More about the role: - First level support for employees and line managers in HR related inquiries - Answering internal inquiries - Responding to inquires and performing transactions using documented processes and policies (through Inquiry System) - Escalating issues to second level support or triages inquiries to the appropriate queue - Inputing basic employee data into the HRIS System database and / or documenting activities as requested - Generate basic reports and performance measurements - Reviewing documents and reports related to employee records in HR processes and verifies their accuracy - Support in various coordinative tasks for HR - Collaboration and support in various HR processes and process optimizations More about you: - Commercial training completed - 1–2 years of HR experience - Administrative support and HR operations - Strong...
