Join our Downstream Chemical Team Our Downstream Chemical Team uses technology consisting of chemistry, knowledge expertise, Intellectual Property, correct application methods and monitoring to improve the water and process treatment applications at refinery and industrial plants while providing value to our clients. Builds customer relationships to identify future requirements to help revenue growth. Leads and develops collaborative efforts to solve complex and unique technical problems. Provides technical guidance and mentorship to operations teams to enable safe and compliant service and support for our customer's needs. As a Lead Field Specialist, you will be responsible for: - Leading Water technical support efforts across existing accounts and new accounts with our key customer within North America to enable flawless execution through involvement in pre-planning, job execution, and post-job analysis - Working closely with Service Delivery, Sales and Technology teams to design technical job programs including risk mitigation plans to meet customer’s objectives and maximize revenue potential - Providing on-demand support for cooling, boiler and wastewater applications in refine...
