WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION: Lead and advance EHS strategy by providing clear, consistent direction that supports both people and business outcomes. Be a visible safety leader with a strong shop‑floor presence—recognized as the go‑to expert for safety, health, and environmental mentorship. Collaborate closely with the Plant Manager and leadership team to align EHS initiatives with site priorities and long‑term objectives. Proactively identify workplace hazards and collaborate with plant teams to eliminate or mitigate risk. Champion a ZERO HARM culture, driving safe behaviors and practices across all levels of the organization. Monitor and interpret EHS regulatory requirements (OSHA, EPA), assess potential impacts, and translate requirements into practical, effective solutions.
