ELS is hiring for the position of Maintenance - Level I in Lebanon, Pennsylvania. Maintenance – seasonal $15/hr (April-October): What You’ll Do: As a Maintenance Worker, you will help maintain the overall safety, and functionality of the resort. This includes completing light repairs, supporting daily operations, and ensuring that our property meets the high-quality maintenance standards set by ELS. You will work closely with management and teammates to help create a safe, appealing environment for all guests and residents. Your Job Will Include: - Ensuring amenity spaces (pool areas, bathhouses, clubhouse, etc.) are clean, safe, and working properly. - Performing routine maintenance tasks such as light appliance repairs, minor plumbing, carpentry, painting, and basic electrical tasks. - Maintaining resort grounds, including trash removal, landscaping assistance, and keeping outdoor spaces free from debris. - Attending morning staff meetings to review daily priorities, vendor visits, and maintenance needs. - Communicating professionally with m...
