Status: Exempt/Officer Pay Grade: 9E: Salary Range: $75,000 base plus commission Salary range updated 2/26/2026. Actual compensation within the pay range will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Location: Wellesley Hills, MA: Principal Objective: This position is responsible for soliciting and servicing a variety of residential mortgage loans. Interview applicants, collect financial data and documents, and make recommendations regarding the loan products that best meet the borrower’s needs. Assist buyers in the purchase process through closing.
