Parent Pathways is about parents and carers and their individual needs. With the help of a qualified mentor, parents and carers can receive flexible support to assist with any personal, study or work goals. A day in the life of our Parent Pathways Mentor can include, but are not limited to the following: - Working with eligible parents of children under the age of six - Maintain and support an active caseload - Conduct parent assessments within the context of continuing education and career planning options. - Help parents to identify their goals by providing career guidance and pathway planning - Develop, monitor and review a clear participation plan in consultation with parents on a regular basis - Develop a clear and sustainable strategy to form effective partnerships with key local external stakeholders - Link parents into appropriate local non-vocational support services - Achieve individual KPI’s and targets as th...
